The respondents, on average, are equipped with highly advanced computer hardware(486 CPU), although more than 50% of them have no educational background on computer. 3. The respondents' scores were generally high in the questions regarding their knowledge, attitude, and practice on computerization of organizations, but relatively low in items such as 'The cost of operation will increase due to computerization,' 'The relationship among employees will be improved through computerization,' or 'Computerization will affect the organization's personnel policies(eg. promotion).' 4.
